Compaino ("Compaino," "we," "us") is a product of Zargham Labs LLC, a limited liability company organized in Montana, USA ("Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of compaino.com and the Compaino service (the "Service"). Compaino serves customers worldwide.
By creating an account, purchasing a package, or using the Service as a guest, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Compaino generates a company profile document (PDF and/or PowerPoint), and related brand assets (LinkedIn banner, website copy, email signature, business card, AI-generated logo), from a website URL you provide, information you enter into our questionnaire, or a combination of both ("Input Content"). Generation is performed using third-party AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude for text, and an image-generation provider for the optional AI logo service).
AI output disclaimer. Generated content is produced by AI based on your Input Content. We design our generation process to avoid inventing facts not present in your Input Content ("honest-null" behavior — if information isn't in your source material, we leave the relevant section blank rather than fabricate it), but AI systems can still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy before using it publicly, sharing it with investors or clients, or relying on it for any business purpose. We make no warranty that generated content is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
You can use Compaino as a guest (identified by email at checkout) or by creating an account. Agencies (B2B customers) create an agency account tied to a customer account and purchase credits or a subscription to generate profiles on behalf of their own clients.
If you're an agency, you are responsible for your own relationship with your end clients, including any promises you make to them about deliverables, turnaround time, or usage rights. Compaino is not a party to that relationship.
Refunds. Because you receive a full free preview of your generated profile before paying anything, purchases are non-refundable once the corresponding PDF, PPTX, or other deliverable has been downloaded or delivered by email. If you believe you were charged in error, were double-charged, or the Service failed to deliver what was paid for (e.g. a technical failure prevented download), contact us at support@compaino.com within 14 days and we'll review in good faith. Subscription cancellations stop future billing but don't refund the current period already paid for, unless required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of your Input Content. Upon full payment for a package or asset, you own the resulting generated deliverable (the specific PDF, PPTX, banner, logo, etc. produced for you) and may use it for any lawful business purpose, including publicly and commercially.
We do not claim ownership of your generated content. We do not use your Input Content or generated output to train AI models, ours or third parties' — Input Content is processed solely to generate your deliverable.
You won't use Compaino to generate content for a business that's illegal, fraudulent, or that impersonates a real company or person without authorization; to scrape or generate content about a third-party website without a legitimate business reason to represent that company; or to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or payment gates on the Service.
Compaino relies on third-party providers to operate: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), Anthropic (AI text generation), an image-generation provider (AI logo generation), and our hosting provider. Your use of Compaino is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable (e.g., Stripe's terms govern your payment method details, which we never see directly).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compaino/Zargham Labs LLC's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date and version, and you'll be asked to re-accept before continuing to use the Service if the change is significant (this happens automatically — see our Privacy Policy for how we track acceptance versions).
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. You can request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy for how we handle deletion of your data).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Because Compaino serves customers worldwide, some customers may have mandatory local consumer-protection rights that this clause can't override in their favor.
